I had the same problem. Was overcharged $149 and because it had to do with the security it complicated everything because only that side could take care of it. You have to call and just be calm about and tell them you want this resolved today and you want to speak to the person who make that happen. I was on the phone with for almost 2.5 hours put it credited the next day. I asked if they would do anything for me because of the frustration they put me through for months and they wouldn't. They wouldn't even turn my services back until I made the payment which I was paying until made my bill correct. I hope someone from the customer service dept reads these forum topics and learns from them to try and be a better company but I doubt. I would love someone from comcast to contact me and asked about my experience the last 4months
