In the 5-6 months that I've owned this self install, home security package the lighting cintroller has just completely quit woring altogether, tried all factory resets, different plugs, different lights, etc. Comcast states it just "needs to be replaced. But they dont do that...
Now a few months later my indoor/outdoor web cam works about 5% of the time, Unpluggig it, retstarting it, nothing triggers it to just work. Again, after 2 hours and 24 mins being transferred to differen departments, etc...Comcast won't come replace it.
Nor will they refund my money for the $300 self install kit.
i give up, they honestly do not care nor have any idea what they sell or support.
