I either gave mine to the last homeowners company or lost it. Now it is a huge fiasco trying to get another. First comcast told me I had to set up an appt. and have a technician bring me one, which I did. The technician came , ready to install a system and said he doesn't do that and called the company who told me to call them. So I called, they told me to go to the nearest comcast store, which I did. They said, no, we don't do that, call this number. Of course it bounced around to same number I always call and they again told me I needed to schedule a technician to come out and bring it. I was so upset with the runaround I was screaming at them and just hung up. Anyone have any ideas? I'm ready to eat the discount and cancel the service.
