ATTENTION 

Greetings,
We have been out of commission on our Home security system. I went to the Comcast store, and they told me I had to contact someone.

So here I am today contacting someone. On our touch Screen controller for the Xfinity Home, the box has a message that the battery is defective. We walked through taking it apart with a representative, but this did not help. I need to have some one come out and replace this defective touch screen or have a new one mailed to me.
