Re: Arm night with motion

I had techs out 3 times, no one has a clue what they are doing.

Customer support and troubleshooting is just as bad.

Here are some glossary terms for the "ZONE FUNCTIONS"

In the end, I got the Technician password from the latest tech so I can log in to my controller and program the zone functions myself.

To get this functionality, you want to choose "Interior Follower Arm Night" or "Interior Delay Arm Night" as the case may be.

Both of these Trigger instant Alarm from Motion when the System in in Night Mode.

when in Away Mode:

(Interior Follower Arm Night) triggers instant alarm if no Entry/Exit sensor is tripped, but Permits the delay if it has (allows you to pass through the protected area to disarm the system)

(Interior Delay Arm Night) always gives an alarm delay regardless of whether a Entry/Exit was tripped...again, in Away Mode.

I would suggest you study up and check all of your sensors for proper zone function...mine were all messed up, the technicicans are not properly trained.  I wouldn't trust my security (ie. Life) to these knuckleheads.

email me at lehighluke@gmail.com and I'll give you the tech login

Then go to "Settings" -> [Login] -> "Sensors & Zones" -> "Edit a Sensor/Zone"
