Comcast may or may not offer seniors discounts on its own, don't know.
But check with your local city's cable franchising office.
Many city's mandate a discount for disabled and/& low income seniors in their franchise contracts with Comcast. You'll find those discounts usually only apply to "basic" services, or the "basic" portion of a customer's services though. Clarify with the city office what they consider Basic Comcast Services.
Reasoning would generally suggest that if customers can afford preferred or premium level bundled packages, they don't need a discount.
