The Camera shows up black and white at night if it is in infrared mode (night vision). If your camera is not working during daylight hours, it may be broken. One option is to power cycle the camera to try and bring it out of the night vision mode. Another option would be to try and flash a light at the camera when in the black and white mode in a hope to get the night vision mode to switch over. If these options don't work you may need to call Comcast to get the camera repaired or replaced.
