Anyone know the answers to these quesitons?
Who do I get in touch with support for xfinity home? I can't even find a phone number. I'd prefer to email.
The texts that come from xfinityhome say my wife's name "STACIE'S House blah blah blah..." - I'd like to change this? Anyone have a clue how?
My water alarm went off today. Went home. No Leak? Is it customary to have them reset the system and see if it returns? Are ther occasionally false alerts?
Also, since the alarm, they said they reset the system I can't connect to anything remotely? Any ideas?
Also, the alert from the water alarm said the Security sytsem reported a test alarm? Why a test alarm? All of my alerts say they are in TEST? It's like something isn't right?
Anything anyone has on these things would be appreciated.
