The history in the sub portal will have more information than the touchscreen. If the touchscreen was restarted, the history would clear, but all the other history information will be stored in the subscriber portal. 

Try giving the touchscreen a restart again, if it still doesn't work it may be something with the firmware that was updated and may require a tech to fix that issue.
