We are having the same issue with our security system, Comcast installed unit in late August but never worked consistantly...had a Tech come out last month and had to replace touchscreen and installed a router( tried to bill me for service call). Camera display goes blank and we are constantly having reboot/unplug which only resolves the issues 10% of the time. Last night touchscreen would not allow me to disarm the system which had been triggered. I logged into my desktop and my mobile app with no success at shutting the alarm off(error messages). I finally got a rep on the phone who had no idea what to do....they finally figured out how to disarm the system (wow) but now the system will not work at all can't (Arm/Disarm) no camera...told it would be Monday before someone would come out to repair...I'm going to have the system removed... not going to pay for something that only works (10%-15%) of the time.
Why would Comcast sell a product that doesn't work they don't support...this has been the worst.
