How to contact a MGR or Tom Karinshak for assistance?

Is there any way to get management on the phone? I have Comcast home security and my system has not been working going on three weeks. I had an appointment for a technician to come out on Sunday, he never came and when I called in before the time to check when he would be here, the system indicated he would be late, and when I called in again, the CS rep. indicated in the notes he came by and no one was home. I was home waiting all morning in the living room cleaning waiting, no one came! I tried to get them to send someone out that Sunday evening I would wait, but after hours on the phone many calls, nothing! I asked to speak to management, nobody contacted me back. Instead they scheduled me an appointment for yesterday, Monday the 18th without my authorization on time, so I ended up having to take off of work because I want this over and done with. The Technician they sent out was a cable guy not for home security, so I spoke to the tech. and he said his manager scheduled something for today from 5-7 after my work hours, but when I called in today for the automated system, I don’t have any appointments scheduled, I need to speak to management, I did not sign a 3 year contract to be provided with bad service, I have requested for them to terminate my contract without a ETF, but the rep’s from the term. Department has denied my request, I don’t understand why am I having to go through this without any management being aware of the issue to resolve this, or maybe management is aware but just doesn’t want to deal with this because this is the type of service that Comcast provide? Is there anyway to contact Tom Karinshak, he has promoted on the website as a Comcast customer we are priority. I don’t feel like any service provided to me was a priority or at my convenience. I had to go out of my way for Comcast, Comcast has done nothing thus far to resolve the issue.
