Here are some steps that may help:
Make sure the wireless signal is good for the touchscreen. On the touchscreen, follow these steps:
- Settings
- Enter Master Code
- Advanced Settings
- Connectivity
- Wi-Fi & Cellular Signal Strength
- Should read green for both
Can you try restarting the touchscreen. On the touchscreen, follow these steps:
- Settings
- Enter Master Code
- Advanced Settings
- Reboot Touchscreen
