So upon upgrading my service to include television (previously internet only) I was sent the wrong self-install kit. The customer service representative told me that I could go to the local office to pick up the new kit rather than waiting multiple days for it to arrive. However, when I got to the office, they told me that Comcast no longer allows equipment to be picked up in office; it MUST be shipped to the customer. Has anyone else encountered this? Even the customer service rep sounded baffled when I called bak in afterwards.
