Trying to delete the post but can't find how to do so. I called Comcast and all it took to restore the sound was a reboot of the Touch Screen!
I just realized that the chime for the door sensors suddenly quit working. The history is showing correctly and the touch screen shows when a door is open or closed but the 'chime' does not go off.
I checked the touch screen settings and the sound is 'on' for both opening and closing. Any ideas?!
UPDATE - There is no sound coming from the touch screen, period. Everything is working fine but when I clicked on a video tutorial under "Help", I realized there is no sound whatsover. The volume button 'looks' like it's increasing and decreasing yet there's nothing to hear.
