I'm having this same issue and the comcast guys have been over twice now in the last month.. It works until the next morning once again. I moved the Touchpad closer to the router and it seemed to fix the problem for a couple days, and now we're back to every day it looses connection. I have to reset the router to the security system every time I walk into the house to be able to disarm and arm on my iPhone app as well as view the camera. It's becoming so frustrating!!
