We had a 2h power outage yesterday and when I came home i found the Touchscreen's blue LED on. Tried to troubleshoot but it even rejected the mastercode. Went to the web app and found all pass codes cleared and all users removed??!! How did that happen! Gist of it is I am unable to enable my alarms or even make changes to it. Also I never received a call asking if things were OK... so much for monitoring 24/7....
This CANNOT HAPPEN!
What can I do about that?
