Andrew:
Thanks for your offer, I have certificate but it was not signed nor dated by your installer ... I think my insurance co. will not accept.
Also can you ghet me in touch with your tech group on the Next sensors used by Comcast - I am having a devil of a time optimizing my motion sensor (want to add more, but not confindent of value) it has a built-in shield to limit the vertical angle.
With the system's 2 minute delay I can't just set off and then relocate - I understand from Visonic there is a way to put their SMA sensors into walk-around mode, for easier setup. Are the Visonic PIR sensors available??
Now, given that I wasted about an hour on the phone and another hour in your chat room (your staff needs training on the systems) ... And I was forced by Comcast to get either homesecurity or voice service (already have 4 lines of VoIP) in order to upgrade to X1 plus the weaknesses of your video support (will not allow me a look back if something goes awary or there is an incident such as a drowning, fall or break-in, I am very close to yanking out the system, demanding a refund and reducing my monthly tithe to Comcast.
Thank you!
