I found out that my touchscreen was not updated with the latest firmware.bwhen I called Comcast, they told me it's automatic, however if your alarm is set on AWAY MODE, it will not update...seems then there is no automatic followup attempt, until the next update, and if you have your alarm set on AWAY, the same thing will happen...in order to make sure you have the most recent firmware, you should call Comcast and have the Xfinity Home specialists check your account...hopefully they will correct this obvious flaw soon...
