I recently got Xfinity Home and it's an understatement to say how underwhelmed I am with it.
I have a real simple use case - Take pictures when motion is detected at my front door.
After calls to tech support I find there is nothing available. One person kept saying that I should upgrade so i take pictures when someone comes into the house.
My use case is easy -> if someone knocks on my door or steals package left at the door I want a picture, This seems easy enough and a basic security requirement. So does Xfinity support this?
I have 20 days left before I am stuck in a contract with them and I don't want a service that doesn't do anything I want it to do.
