I received a indoor/outdoor camera with a package upgrade from Comcast. I have searched and struggled for two days trying to install the camera, but I have no clue how to begin. I went through the scanty instructions that were provided. I have searched on-line forums and found nothing. I have looked at other Comcast support and found nothing that could help me. I have viewed on-line videos and the equipment shown in the videos doesn't match my equipment. I have called Comcast twice and the personnel I talked with knew less about my issue than I did. This company is an aggravating joke. Why does Comcast send something like this without providing accurate instructions somewhere? Why does Comcast send this equipment without having knowledgable personnel to provide guidance?
I am beyond irritated with Comcast. Can anybody help me?
