The motion detector are picking up and reporting motion in my Xfinity Home portal but over the past few days I have noticed my motion detectors are not triggering my alarm in AWAY or NIGHT mode. I checked many post on this forum but there doesn’t seem to be anything specific to this issue. I called support and they did not attempt to troubleshoot the issue. They stated they needed to send out a tech. It just seems to be a simple setting that needs to change and I’d hate to have a tech come all the way to my house for 20 seconds of work.
Any assistance to help resolve this issue quickly would be appreciated.
