Exsisting alarm system

Had Xfinity bundle ( TV, Internet, home phone) installed a month ago. I have had problems with my alarm system since then. I keep getting a trouble light that says phone cannot connect with central alarm station. In other words I have no alarm.  Comcast came out & said the connection was ok. But it is still doing it! The alarm company says it is the Comcast phone connection.

Please advise.
