Here are some instruction in case the touchscreen freezes again.
Remove the stand from the back of the TouchScreen. To avoid triggering the panic button, do not put the TouchScreen face down when removing the stand. Remove the 2 Phillips-head screws at the base of the TouchScreen, then slide in a downward motion to remove the stand.
Locate the Reset button on the back of the TouchScreen. Using a pointed object, press the Reset button for 10 seconds or until the screen turns black. This will restart the TouchScreen.
Confirm that the TouchScreen has turned back on. The full restart process generally takes 1 to 3 minutes.
These aboveinstructions are for the Technicolor TouchScreen.
