The first thing you should do is check the camera and make sure it has to green lights still live on it. It has only one light that means it has power but no connectivity to your network. Make sure that where your camera is located that you can also still see your wireless network on your cell phone. You may have to restart both the camera and your wireless network, depending how you system was set up you might have a home security only Netgear router. Power cycle the router and the camera. If both lights are out the camera itself may have lost power check your power receptacle for the camera may have gone bad. Try this out, hope it helps
