Re: wireless keypad

I keep getting a "keypad keypad tampered" error msg on the LCD controller and also the keypad has not been able to talk to the state multiple times (it's top lights just flash sequentially). Popping the batteries addresses it temporarily. Had the system for 6 weeks and had problems for 6 weeks and after week four, they started charging me $70 for each service call despite the fact that each time they found faulty equipment. Truly amazing business model.

But I digress. Wondering if someone has the any suggestions on how to address.
