I got service and was mailed self install products. Ive been installing this stuff reinstalling unplugging replugging calling comcast for two weeks. This is totally not cool and i know im going to end up being charged for comcasts unprofessional acts. I was talking to a rep and being lied to and one even hung up on me. No one wants to give me their info so i cant tell a supervisor about who were rude or anything. For two weeks ive been given the run around and expected to pay for poor services i havent even receive any services other than saying im connected. But i aint seen anything but. Sorry too bad
