I got the home security system installed on June 24, 2015 at 9:30 am. The installer completed the installation by 11:30 am. I went to work came back home by 6pm went and unplugged my remote touch screen and took it up stairs to my bedroom all of 3 minutes oh by the way it is same room as the router. I plugged it in the wall and the box went black. The box would not come back on. This meant no connectivity to the camera meaning the camera is not working.. Meaning the outside of my home that I wanted to make visible is no longer visible. I have had the security system not even 12hrsand now it does not work. I am so disgusted.... I called tech support and I have to wait until Monday June 29th this is five days later for someone to come and help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable who operates like this. I will be contacting the better business bureau and making them aware of this because this is not how things should go!
