Motion Sensor showing "Motion" on app and web portal

My Xfinity Home app for my iPhone is showing "Motion" on one of 3 motion sensors. However, my Touch Pad is showing "Still" on the same sensor. The "Motion" from the motion sensor is not triggering the alarm. I tested the alarm with Xfinity cus service and the motion sensor seems to be working properly and would trigger the alarm when it detect actual "motion". I am able to alarm the system on my app despite there is a motion sensor showing "motion".

 

I've had Xfinity coming to first replace the sensor and then the touch pad. Xfinity even charged me $70 for sending out a tech. 

 

The problem is still happening. According to Xfinity, there is some sort of "miscommunitation" between the servers for app/web portal and the touch pad, etc. Xfinity's only suggestion is to restart the touch pad. It works but after a while, the same thing happens again.

 

Am i alone or are there anyone having the same problem? thanks.
