Xfinity Overall SUCKS in ATL

I recently moved and was told to take my equipment with me to only find our that there was no cable at this new house.  I have had 10 plus hours of phone calls and been promised so many things by the Customer Solutions center and still do not have any services at my hosue.  Better yet, I just received a bill for the install which isn't scheduled for 3 weeks when I was promised, 1 it would be free, and 2 that it would be within 24 hours.  On top of that, the bill has my monthly service charge that I usually pay and WE HAVE NO SERVICES AND WONT ALL MONTH.  Someone help
