So disappointed...

We recently added home security because we were told that since we had moved to a new area it came "free" with our current subscription. To good to be true. Since it has been past the 30 days now, we are being told it will cost $240 to cancel the "free" subscription. Our monthly bill has gone up $40. So frustrating. We have spent over 4 hours on the phone with representatives and they tell us there is nothing they can do. Anyone else had this issue?

 

So disappointed that this is how Comcast treats active duty military members. We move a lot. As soon as we figure out this mess, we will never choose Comcast as a provider again.
