My biggest complain is even when you do get to talk to someone they feed you the biggest line of bull hockey that you've ever been fed and expect you to believe it. Then turn around the next time and completely go the other way. In my area (46947 of Indiana) they don't even allow you to get new equipment for their services. You're stuck with what ever refurbished junk they have in stock that day.
When my week and a half tech appointment finally hits I'll be on my third modem and will probably still have problems. Thank you comcast for your loyal support and wonderful service. #sarcasim
