As far as the troubles you are having with the home security. It looks like you took the cicso gateway (3941t) offline to install your own modem a SB6141. Obviously, you can use whatever device you would like to access the Internet, but the problems is that our touchscreen used that gateway to talk to the Internet and the cameras. If you want to use the SB6141, then you need to have a tech come out and install a netgear wnr-1000 wireless router and repair the system and camera to it.
