I am new to Xfinity Home. I subscribed to enhanced video monitoring. I was told I would be able to download footage from overnight or whenever I wanted and that it is saved up to 30 days.
But I can't find anyplace to go in order to do that. I was specific when I asked about this. Do I have to do anything? Do I have to request that you save footage or will you save it automatically?
Automatically.
So I want to look over foot from 7 PM on 8-11-15 to 7 am on 8-12-15. I want to knwo who was playing games with my cable box and breaker box in the middle of the night, and why one of them was left wide open to the elements.
Based on what I've been reading, I get the feeling I'm out of luck here because that footage doesn't exist because I didn't ask anyone to save it because I didn't know someone would be roaming around my backyard last night.
I hope someone can pop in here and tell me I'm NOT out of luck, and inform me.
