Haha, you must have had the exact same rep that I did today as well. I called in this morning requesting that ecosaver be turned off as well and then several hours later got an email saying the exact same thing. I am on hold right now trying to get this stupid ecosaver turned off. I finally have had enough of these shenanigans after waking up dripping in sweat to 81 degrees in my house at 1 am. Comcast needs to remove this ecosaver and take it back to the labs and try again.
My biggest question that nobody can answer is why give me a programable thermostat, let me set my program the way that I want it and then have your software override my settings??? That is poor customer service right there, basically you are telling me what makes me comfortable....sorry but thats not how this works.
