If any comcast employees are given the task of actually giving a dawn by reading these posts, I would strongly urge management to seriously consider the option of allowing customers to be released from their Home Security contracts, at least until your company irons out all the glitches. Honestly, I am obligated under a two-year contract commitment to subscribe to Xfinity Home Security. If I try to break this contract, I am obligated to pay out $600+. Originally I was happy to sign on. Now, having been a subscriber since January, this bullsh-t has worked maybe 25% of the time. And you can't even correct things on your own most of the time! You have to lose an ENTIRE DAY OUT OF YOUR LIFE waiting on a technician, who may or MAY NOT be able to fix it! OUTRAGEOUS DIGNITY, COMPACT whoever you are!
