Hi Comcast,
In the last 4 months or so there were 3 false alarm in my home. We set arm away eachtime. We dont have any pets at home.
The first time( 3 month ago), we told the call center to dispatch security as we were not sure about it - it turns out as false alarm.
The second time( it happen around one month ago), I was near my home I was able to go back and quickly check - its false alarm - So I decide to call the comcast home alarm tech support- they said will check and get back to me but till today no one call me with a solution.
The third false alarm which happen on 10/13/2015 around 2.45pm My wife was close enough by home and rush home to check- its false alarm again.
So I am just fed up with Comcast service. If no one call me with a solution I will have to cancel my contract as Comcast did not meet the standard of taking care the customer. I will seek to other security service provider such as BayAlarm, ADT etc...
