I have done all of that several times a day for the past 6 days including calling a tech everyday. I have been told its going to be on by morning, and it is being fixed to it is a global outage. This is typical Comcast. It is such a bunch of bs. We pay for services that we aren't getting but if we don't pay they will shut it all down.
