If The Touchscreen Is Completely Black,
1: Remove The Stand From The Back Of The Touchscreen.
2: Sometimes there are two screws holding the stand on the back. If those are there they will have to be removed.
3: The stand slides down & pulls out. On the back you will see the battery door.
4: Do NOT Open The Door - as doing so will cause a Tamper Alarm. But Look In The Upper Left Corner Of The Door Itself There Is A Tiny Pinhole.
5: Take A Paperclip Push Down In The Hole - Press And Hold For 30 Seconds.
( This Has To Be For Full 30 Seconds )
6: Screen Should Go White / Say Starting System
7: Full Boot Normally Takes About 2-3 Mins
8: System Is Fully Back Up When It Has The Icons Back On The Screen
