Currently, there are no plans to allow the usage of more than one touchscreen per installed system. The touchscreen is the "brain" of the system, and thus, having multiple in the system would make the system(s) not function correctly (conflicting between the additional screens).
There are currently 2 live versions of the web portal. Most of the time, when one version does not work, the second will. When you log into the web portal to view your system, if you see the menu as: Home, Automation, Devices, etc - there will be a link in blue (under the system status = "Disarmed - Ready to Arm", etc) that says "Return to previous version". Clicking this link will take the web portal to the original site version instead of the new look & feel of it.
