Can someone answer the following questions:
1. Once the house alarm is set off, what is the response time for the security monitoring center to call you to ask if there is a problem?
2. Once the alarm is turned on, and you get a text that the security monitoring center has been notified, why do I not get a follow up phone call after turning the system off? Just because the system gets turns off after the alarm goes off does not mean there isn't a problem at the house!!
