My home security system has not worked in almost a month. I have called and called, placed on terminal hold and nobody returns my call. When I finally get someone they ask me questions for about 20 minutes put me on hold then I loose them. I tried to cancel and they refuse to cancel saying im in a 3 year contract. I only had one contact. So now I am paying for service that do not work. I have purchased another securty system elsewhere. I cannot get any help from comcast. so I have contacted the FCC, and BBB. I am posting here in hopes someone from the management team will get this and contact me. I have spoke with Janet, Iesha, Todd and other customer service people who are polite until I want to cancell then they immediatly become rude and unprofessional
