Just spent over a half hour and transferred between 3 people. Got 3 different responses to my issue and basically finally told by the last, smug agent That we were being penalized for getting the upgraded security system. One of our door sensors hasn't worke in approximately a week. Xfinity monitoring hasn't notified us that there's a problem, and despite them making a point on their website to say that you'd be notified if your sensors were tampered with, when we removed one sensor to check the battery, we received no notification. Despite having had to "stick them" back up on the door when their double sided tape failed multiple times over the year plus that we have had the system, they are now saying we're going to have to stay home to have a tech come out to replace it. Last agent laughed at me when I asked how they were going to pro-rate the time we've been paying and not getting accurate monitoring. Awful customer service and no resolution to our problem unless we want to give up half of our day off for their shortcomings.
