Late response...
I'm also having issues with the thermostats. They exceed the temprature set point. I have to turn-off the HVAC units to make it stop. Not sure if this has something to do with the "blue wire" the technician seemed concerned about when installing. He initially said the thermostats would not be compatable with my system. He contacted an installer with background in HVAC and was told to not connect the blue wire.
I'll be calling support today to find out how to fix this. I'll reply with results.
