trouble to activte modem

I'm very discussed with this service @ this point. Our modem went out without notice. MULTIPLE calls with no help from incompitant pass the buck staff support. Last call ordered & sent new modem. Now still not able to get connected. REFUSE to pay technical support team to do a job that we are paying BIG money every month for. Have had no computer X 2 + weeks. Now new modem that we can't get connected to. Not able to use all numbers on bottom of modem to access anything in this system. Need help & answers NOW. Will be shopping for new carrier tommorrow.
