We've had our security system a couple of years; and, this is a new issue. Today--and, we're at home--the alarm has "tweeted" several times (alarm was not set) that our downstairs back door was tampered with. It had not been. Tonight (alarm was armed), the alarm went off again, with the same notation that the back door was tampered with. Again, it had not been. No one from Comcast has contacted us to make sure we're "ok" Shouldn't they have called us? (Our previous alarm company called us all the time when the alarm was set off--my 90-year-old mom lived with us and constantly set it off!)
