To access the batter compartment, you'll need to remove the stand. There are two small Philips screws that hold the stand in place on the back of the touchscreen that you'll need to remove, then slide the stand towards the bottom of the touchscreen. You can should be able to obtain a replacement battery for the touchscreen by calling customer support.
