Forgot to mention, I have the "Home - Control 150" self-installed package. There is no touchpad involved, home portal access is via a web browser or mobile app only.
I think the bottom line question here is, what URL do I go to in order to add new devices?
Believe it or not, I've been on the phone with Xfinity 14 times (this is no exaggeration) with technical and billing issues since installing XH. I'm posting here looking for an answer trying to avoid wasting even more of my time with phone support calls that easily last an hour or more.
Can I please get some help from Xfinity Home technical support here?
Surely this is a simple question.
...or any other kind soul that may know the answer to this? ;^)
