Yes, that worked... I was able to pair my spare, so the other controller must be shot. Is it possible to exchange the bad one at my local Xfinity/Comcast office?

 

Sorry, I didn't notice the "Return to previous version" link you have a picture of there.

 

Will the "previous version" URL you supplied me remain active in the future? If not, what will I need to do if I need to add or re-pair devices again down the road?

 

One last thing... I would highly recommend that you add this information to your XH help pages for hub customers. I went around in circles for an hour looking for information on how to accomplish this simple task, and found absolutely nothing to help me. Apparently the videos you have online do not apply, or I've missed something.
