I've been overcharged for their basic service for the past 6 months. Everytime I call I get the usual 'presss this button' or I get a person who says they have to investigate the situation. Meanwhile, I have to make a payment on time and cannot get a refund. This is the worst company for customer service. As soon as the contract is up and WHEN I get my refund I'm switching companies. Comcast, Xfinity of whatever they call themselves should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers.
