This message is telling you that the panel that connects your pre-existing security system to your XFINITY Home security system has lost power. Make sure that the panel is plugged in, and if it is on a switched outlet ensure the outlet is turned on. (Also might want to consider moving the power adapter to a non-switched outet if that's the case!) Once you restore power to the panel, that message should go away.
